Hey systems, been loving the content. Might be a dumb question so apologies in advance but when you say “In 2023 I recommend you don’t send more than 30 per domain.” Do you mean don’t send more than 30 to, for example, @apple.com or don’t send more than 30 from my personal @company.com email ?

Keep grinding

Have you any opinion on Instantly? Saw an ad for it the other day.

It works great. I'm more of a fan of Smartleads.ai UX/UI though

What about Lemwarm? That's what I used. Got 1 response per 25 cold emails so far.

How would you measure open rates if you're using google workspace/outlook?

Domo arigato Mr. Roboto. Very relevant and actionable info here. Was considering Instantly.ai, but Smartlead.ai looks like a better fit.

If you know 90% of targets will be corporate and on Exchange, is it best to just buy Exchange Online (E1) licenses for each domain? Appears to be ~$50/yr/domain.

Also, any recommendations on email validation? Starting with a big list, so I'd prefer to spend more $ on a better scrubber and keep those mailboxes alive.

In that case absolutely. You'll make up your costs in 1 sale. As for email validation ZeroBounce works.

Can confirm this works and can be done by a newbie. Got multiple Exchange Online (E1) mailboxes set up on different domains and connected to Warmbox. Only costs $4/inbox/month. Just need to know how to add DNS records and patiently wait for things to connect on the Outlook side. After this, Warmbox integration was fast/easy. Thanks, Systems!

Do you still recommend Warmbox.ai?
